Love Rocks, Sharing Love and Joy One Rock at a Time

After the tragic loss of our daughters, Anna (6) and Abigail (11), in Oct. of 2013 my husband and I decided that we didn’t want their lives to be remembered by the tragedy that sent them to Heaven but rather the love and joy that they shared while they were here with us (and even now while they are in Heaven). We took a family project, a fabric heart mod podged on a river rock, and shared it with the world via Facebook – Love Rocks, Sharing Love and Joy One Rock at a Time. The idea is simple – make these little tokens of love and share (either by giving or anonymously) with those who cross your path as a way to let them know they are loved. Within a few short months Love Rocks started moving across the country and into other countries, we have pictures of Love Rocks in all 7 continents. The Love Rocks community has grown into a loving place where people post about their Love Rock finds and how these little tokens have touched their hearts. For my husband and I, we feel blessed that our daughters legacy is about love, joy and all that is good in this world. They are remembered and cherished as two girls who have spread a beautiful message of choosing love and joy no matter what your circumstances. We are very proud parents of two beautiful girls in Heaven and are shown every day that Love truly does Rock!!!
